We visited the weekend of the 92nd annual Pike's Peak International Hill Climb.

Every year, roughly 130 competitors race 12.42 miles up Pike's Peak. The climb includes 156 turns with an altitude gain of 4,720 ft with grades averaging 7.2% and finishes at 14,110 ft.

We drove up the race course the day after the event and saw plenty of remenents from the day before.

Driving this road in an economy class rental car left me really missing my RX-8.
