Welcome to Mount Sanitas.

This might have been the longest mile I've ever hiked.

Most of us were thrilled to have finally made it to the top.

The reward for our efforts was a rather under whelming view.

If you squinted, it was possible to see the Denver skyline way in the distance.

Hiking back down is much easier.


This mile back to the trail head was on level ground and super easy.


We catch glimpses of the sun setting on our drive to DIA.
